What does patch 1.1 fix for Beskar saves?

The official 1.1 notes report fixes for Beskar saves being temporarily deleted and a crash in Beskar mode. They also list fixes for save corruption after a sudden or forced shutdown, plus various crash issues.

These are the developer’s patch claims, checked on 26 September 2026. They do not establish that every previously lost save can be recovered or that all causes of crashes have been eliminated.

Can permadeath be disabled?

Yes. EA says permadeath is enabled by default and can be switched off.

Are mods, New Game Plus, or romance supported?

EA says official mod support is not planned, New Game Plus is not included, and the campaign does not contain romance options. These are official pre-launch answers, not extrapolations from store text.

SECTION 04

Can I make a custom Jedi or themed squad?

Custom operators cannot be Jedi; Tel-Rea is the unique Jedi Padawan operator described by EA. All-Clone teams become possible after a story unlock, and an all-Astromech team can be assembled early after recruitment.

What remains not_available?

The checked primary sources did not establish DLC plans, a Nintendo Switch version, or verified Steam Deck support. Retail build rankings, tier lists, walkthroughs, exact weapon statistics, achievement routes, and complete twelve-class coverage are deferred pending stronger evidence.
